Holistic mental health support—with a unique twist!
Locall Motion provides a fun alternative to traditional mental health recovery programs.
Work through your symptoms and take back your life!
Locall Motion educates and empowers adolescents and adults to reach an overall sense of balance and wellness. In other words, we will show you how you can best manage your overall physical and mental health through movement and talk.
How do we do that you ask? It’s simple. With walks, of course! While your walking group travels in the great outdoors, our owner, Heidi, will empower and educate you about a skill or concept you can use to improve your quality of life. Each walk has its own topic such as, but not limited to:
- Identifying triggers
- And so many more!
Walking is easy and it is an activity we take for granted. Well today is the day for you to take a walk with us and learn that this group is an absolute blast to be part of!
Walking groups along with other interventions such as talk therapy will improve your success while supporting more authenticity, laughter, and education within.
Let’s get moving and get on the path to YOUR recovery TODAY!
